In 2015, the joint weekly seminar of the Laboratory of Algebraic Geometry, the Laboratory of Poncelet (Laboratoire J.-V.Poncelet, CNRS) and the Independent Moscow University started its work at the Faculty of Mathematics of the Higher School of Economics. Since December of 2016 the seminar has continued its work at the faculty with support of the International Laboratory of Mirror Symmetry and Automorphic Forms, keeping contacts with all mentioned mathematical organizations.

General modular quantum dilogarithm and beta-integrals

The modular quantum dilogarithm was suggested by Faddeev in 1994 (in the theory of special functions it was called the hyperbolic gamma function). It is built with the help of the simplest modular transformation from the group SL(2,Z) applied to the q-Pochhammer symbol. Recently a generalization of this function was suggested, which uses an arbitrary transformation from SL(2,Z). In the talk I will describe this function and present a proof of the evaluation formula for a general univariate hyperbolic beta-integral built with its help.

In the dissertation we introduce a natural "elliptic'' generalization of the classical polylogarithms, study the properties of these functions and get their interpretation in the framework of the theory of Hodge structures. Also we present examples of application of this functions.

Pierre Vanhove (Institut de Physique Theorique of CEA, France) Towers of Feynman Integrals

In this talk we describe the geometry of the family of multiloop sunset graph hypersurfaces.
We will show that they are described by a family of Calabi-Yau n-fold X_n where the X_n is elliptically fibered over X_n-1. We will describe the elliptic fibration.
We show that the graph hypersurface has a determintal representation. We will detail the case of the 3-loop graph hypersurface which defines a K3 surface given by the Hessian quartic K3 surfaces. We will detail the lattice polarisation and show that one needs to refine the general theory.
We will then discuss the four-loop sunset which is given by the small projective resolution of the 30 nodal Calabi-Yau threefolds after Hulek-Verrill. This is based on work in progress with Charles Doran and Andrey Novoseltsev.

In the second report I will discuss the generalization of KZ to the case of an Elliptic curve with marked points, known as the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov-Bernard equation (KZB). The main difference is the presence of both modules of bundles on elliptic curves and modules of elliptic curves themselves.

The purpose of the proposed cycle of two talks, on June 11 and 18, is to recall the properties of the so-called conformal blocks for elliptic curves in connection with a possible (following from explicit formulas) analogy with the Jacobi modular forms.
In the first talk, I recall the derivation of the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation (KZ) on a Riemannian sphere with four marked points. For this, I will briefly present the necessary facts from the representation theory of affine algebras, namely, examples of “good” representations and Sugawara's formula. functions, as well as the rarefied hyperbolic integrals related to partition functions of three-dimensional field theories.

The standard elliptic hypergeometric integrals describe superconformal indices of four-dimensional supersymmetric field theories and partition functions of of two-dimensional lattice integrable systems. Recently a generalization of these functions associated with the simplest lens space has been considered. In this talk we describe these "rarefied" elliptic hypergeometric functions, as well as the rarefied hyperbolic integrals related to partition functions of three-dimensional field theories.

We will briefly review the classical elliptic integrable models and related Painleve equations. Next, we will describe R-matrix-valued (noncommutative) extension of the elliptic Kronecker and Eisenstein functions. Possible applications of these generalizations to integrable systems are discussed as well.

Denis Osipov (MIAN/NRU HSE). Discrete Heisenberg group and theta functions

The Heisenberg discrete group is a 3 by 3 group of upper triangular integer matrices with units on the diagonal. A.N. Parshin described the irreducible complex representations of the discrete Heisenberg group and calculated the traces of elements from the extended Heisenberg group, which is a semidirect product of the original Heisenberg group and the group of integers acting on these representations. The resulting traces are Jacobi theta functions. In the joint work of A.N. Parshin and the speakerthe discrete Heisenberg group was obtained from a two-dimensional local field associated with the flag of subvarieties on a two-dimensional arithmetic manifold, and the infinite-dimensional irreducible complex representation was naturally obtained from the space of distributions of the same two-dimensional local fields. In addition, the extended Heisenberg group acts on this representation in a natural way, the traces of the elements of which are Jacobi theta functions. I will tell about this circle of questions in my report.

Paramodular forms are Siegel modular forms with respect to the paramodular groups of polarisation (1,t) and genus 2. The construction of paramodular forms of small weights is quite a difficult problem, equivalent to the proof of the non-triviality of the third cohomology groups or proof of general type of Siegel modular 3-folds. In this talk, we first give a brief overview of the subject and some necessary preliminary materials will be given, such as the notions of paramodular forms, Jacobi forms, theta-blocks, additive lifting and Borcherds products. Then we construct an infinite family of paramodular forms of weight 2 which are simultaneously Borcherds products and Gritsenko lifting (i.e. identities of type `infinite product=infinite sum'). This proves the conjecture of Gritsenko-Poor-Yuen (2013) for the known infinite series of theta blocks of weight 2. We also construct infinite families of antisymmetric paramodular forms of weights 3 and 4. These paramodular forms are obtained as quasi pull-backs of certain remarkable reflective modular forms of singular weights for the root lattices A₄ and A₆. The talk is based on a joint work with Valery Gritsenko.

In 1992 K. Wirthmüller claimed in his article that the spaces of Jacobi forms associated with root lattices (except E_n) have the structure of a free algebra over the ring of modular forms. However, his proof contains some weak points, especially in the case of D_n lattices. In my talk I will present an alternative proof of Wirthmüller's result for this type of lattices and, moreover, I will construct generators of corresponding algebras in an explicit way.

A. Gorinov, I. Kalinkin (NRU HSE). Fundamental domains for subgroups of the modular group

We will describe an algorithm for constructing fundamental domains for the action of a subgroup G of PSL₂(Z) on the upper half-plane H. The algorithm requires is O(n P(log n)) operations where n is the index of G and P is a polynomial; this is quadratically faster than the naive procedure. The main observation is that one can construct a combinatorial model for the quotient H/G in terms of double cosets. This remark also allows one to handle several related problems, such as finding a free system of generators of G and writing a given element of G in terms of of these generators. We will present an implementation of the algorithm, and discuss possible generalisations

Haowu Wang (LabEx CEMPI, University of Lille). Weyl invariant E₈ Jacobi forms 2

In the first talk I have proved that the ring of Weyl invariant E₈weak Jacobi forms of fixed index is a free module over the ring of SL(2,Z) modular forms and the number of generators is known. In this talk, I will determine and construct generators of small index. To do this, I will introduce two approaches. The first one relies heavily on the differential operators. From a Jacobi form of negative weight with indicated q⁰-term, one builds a system of linear equations whose solution implies the existence of the given Jacobi form. The second is based on the pull-backs from E₈ Jacobi forms to classical Jacobi forms. The two approaches would be also useful to study the ring of Jacobi forms for other lattices.

Haowu Wang (LabEx CEMPI, University of Lille). Weyl invariant E₈ Jacobi forms 1

For the lattice constructed from the classical root system R, Wirthmuller defined Jacobi forms invariant under the Weyl group W(R). In 1992, Wirthmuller proved that the bigraded ring of W(R)-invariant weak Jacobi forms is a polynomial algebra over the ring of SL(2, Z) modular forms except the root system E₈. It is still an open problem how to extend the Wirthmuller's theorem to the case R=E₈. Weyl invariant E₈ Jacobi forms has applications in mathematics and physics, but very little has been known about its structure. In two talks, I will present an explicit description of the ring of W(E₈)-invariant Jacobi forms.
In this talk, I will first give a brief overview of Weyl invariant Jacobi forms and Wirthmuller's structure theorem. Then I will introduce a proper extension of Wirthmuller's theorem to the case of E₈ and show that the ring of W(E₈)-invariant weak Jacobi forms is not a polynomial algebra.

Valery Gritsenko (Univ. Lille, HSE). Genetics of Reflective Modular Forms

n a recent article by V. Gritsenko and V.V. Nikulin (Proc., London Math., Soc., 116 (2018), no.3, 485-522), it was shown that reflective modular forms consist of families around one maternal form. For example, we built series of strictly reflective forms using the sublattices of the roots of the Niemeyer lattices and the Borcherds form Phi₁₂. However, the main reason for this phenomenon lies in the special purely arithmetic properties of the quadratic lattices, which will be described in the report. This allows us to obtain many new (not strictly) reflective modular forms, together with new applications in the theory of moduli spaces. Most of the talk will be designed for beginners. We give all the necessary definitions ans an overview of this subject. At the end we formulate several working problems.

Pierre Vanhove (IPhT, Saclay) Feynman Integrals, modular forms and beyond

In this talk I will explain the link between Feynman integrals and period of mixed Hodge structures. We will discuss the case of the sunset graph which are associated to Calabi-Yau geometry and show how the Feynman integral is expressed as modular forms at low loop order. We will present a very intriguing link with mirror symmetry and the conjecture that the sunset graph Feynman integral compute the prepotential of local Gromov-Witten invariant of some non-compact Calabi-Yau associate to the graph polynomial.

In this talk I will present a way to evaluate Feynman integral making use of the algebraic geometry defined by the graph polynomial. I will explain in what sense Feynman integral are period integrals, and how this point of view allows to derive their differential equation and provide new way of evaluating these integrals.

Nikolay Bogachev (MIPT, MSU). On methods of classification of reflective hyperbolic lattices

A hyperbolic lattice is a free Z-module of finite rank with an inner product of signature (n,1). A hyperbolic lattice L is said to be reflective if the subgroup R(L) of its automorphism group generated by all reflections is of finite index. It is equivalent to the fact that the fundamental polyhedron of the group R(L) is the n-dimensional hyperbolic Coxeter polyhedron of finite volume. Classification of reflective hyperbolic lattices is an old open problem posed in 1967 by E.B. Vinberg. V.V. Nikulin (1980, 2007) has proved that there are only finitely many of reflective hyperbolic lattices in all dimensions, and the dimensions, for which reflective lattices exist, were bounded by E.B. Vinberg and F. Esselman (1984, 1996). At present, reflective lattices of rank 3 are classified (V.V. Nikulin, 2000, and finally, D. Allcock, 2011), as well as isotropic reflective lattices of rank 4 (R.Sharlau, 1989). The reflective lattices of rank 5 (R.Sharlau, K. Walhorn, 1992-1993) and rank 6 (I.Turkal, 2017) are also classified. Refletive anisotropic hyperbolic lattices of rank 4, as well as reflective lattices of ranks above 6, have not yet been classified. I will describe in the talk a new method of classification of reflective hyperbolic lattices (which is a modification of the method applied by V.V. Nikulin), which I managed to apply for the classification of (1.2)-reflective anisotropic hyperbolic lattices of rank 4 (that is, for lattices whose automorphism groups is generated by 1- and 2-reflections up to finite index). I will also talk about the computer implementation of Vinberg's Algorithm (joint with A.Yu. Perepechko) constructing of a fundamental polyhedron for groups of type R(L).

Ivan Yakovlev (NRU HSE). Fukaya category of rational blowdawn

The rational blowdawn of M → M_(p) is the rearrangement of a smooth 4-dimensional manifold that preserves the symplectic structure. By results of Fintushel and Stern we know when the sequence of blow-ups, rearrangements along links, and rational contractions leads to a manifold homeomorphic but not diffeomorphic to the given one. By this construction many exotic symplectic manifolds can be obtained, and the geometry of which is not well-studied. In this work we compute the Fukaya category M_(p) by the Fukaya category M. We prove an analogous result for symplectic homologies using the results of Ganatra.

V.P. Spiridonov (HSE/JINR). Seiberg duality and superconformal indices

Seiberg duality (suggested in 1994) - this is an "electric-magnetic" duality of two or several four-dimensional N=1 supersymmetric quantum field theories with non-abelian gauge fields, which are conjecturally equivalent to each other in the strong coupling limit (in the superconformal critical point). Superconformal indices were suggested in 2005 as generating functions enumerating BPS states for such field theories. It appeared that these indices coincide with the elliptic hypergeometric integrals constructed by the speaker in 2000. Equalities of such indices, which are established using the "hypergeometric" methods, prove the equivalence of dual theories in the BPS states sector. The talk will be a survey of these facts.

Artan Sheshmani (Harvard University). On some modularity properties of Donaldson-Thomas invariants of compact Calabi-Yau threefolds predicted by supersymmetric string theory.

I will talk about one of the special cases of the S-duality conjecture in superstring theory, made formerly by physicists Gaiotto, Strominger, Yin, regarding the modularity of DT invariants of sheaves supported on hyperplane sections of the quintic Calabi-Yau threefold. In order to approach this problem mathematically, one needs to reduce the threefold theory to a certain intersection theory over the relative Hilbert scheme of points on surfaces and then prove the claimed modularity. More precisely, I will talk about our proof that the generating series, associated to the top intersection numbers of the Hilbert scheme of points, relative to an effective divisor, on a smooth quasi-projective surface is a modular form. This is a generalization of the result of Okounkov-Carlsson, where they used representation theory and the machinery of vertex operators to prove this statement for absolute Hilbert schemes. These intersection numbers eventually, together with the generating series of Noether-Lefschetz numbers as I will explain, will provide the ingredients to achieve an algebraic-geometric proof of S-duality modularity conjecture.

Theta-blocks are special automorphic products which are holomorphic Jacobi forms. These objects are important in number theory, the theory of automorphic forms, Lie algebras, algebraic geometry and string theory. Conjecture on theta-blocks of order one was formulated by Gritsenko, Poor and Yuen in 2013.
In the first talk we gave a general review of the construction of theta-blocks in the context of Siegel modular forms. In the second talk we propose an explanation of the existence of the theta-block of weight 2 and prove the theta-block conjecture for them. The main ingredients in our construction are the affine root system A₄ and the Borcherds products for the dual modular lattice A*₄(5)with determinant 125. This is my new result with H. Wang (Lille).

Theta-blocks are special automorphic products which are holomorphic Jacobi forms.

These objects are important in number theory, the theory of automorphic forms, Lie algebras, algebraic geometry and string theory. Conjecture on theta-blocks of order one was formulated by Gritsenko, Poor and Yuen in 2013. In two talks, November13 and 20, we give a solution of this problem in one of the most interesting cases, Jacobi theta-blocks of weight 2. In the first talk we give a general overview of the subject for all students with minimal knowledge on modular forms. In the second talk, November 20, we present the theory of Borcherds products and the solution of the theta-block conjecture.

Sergey Galkin (NRU HSE). Extension of moduli and gauged linear sigma models

Some period spaces (or parameter spaces) of different geometric objects coincide or are embedded in each other like in matroska thanks to relating constructions (such as Jacobians or Kummer construction). E.g. one can make a matroska out of moduli of six-tuples of points on P¹, genus two curves, abelian surfaces, cubic surfaces, K3 surfaces and cubic fourfolds. Under such extensions of moduli sometimes it is possible to generalize formulations (but not proofs) of known theorems to larger class of objects.
I will speak about one kind of such extensions, which is a particular case of meta-problem: relate a category of sheaves on moduli space of objects in a category and the original category. To establish such a relation I will consider slightly more general geometric data of so-called gauged linear sigma models and their transformation under variation of stability condition (renormalization group flow).

P. Marcos Crichigno (University of Amsterdam). Twisted Compactifications and Black Hole Microstates.

Given a superconformal field theory in a certain spacetime dimension, one may compactify it to lower dimensions by performing a partial topological twist, introduced by Witten. I will discuss universal features of these constructions and their AdS/CFT duals as black holes or branes in gauged supergravity. This perspective leads, as one particular application, to a counting of black hole microstates in AdS_4.

S. Galkin (HSE). Conjecture O for odd cohomology.

Гамма-гипотезы (сформулированные мной с Голышевым и Иритани) связывают асимптотики квантовой связности на когомологиях многообразия Фано с новым характеристическим классом в когомологиях, который называется гамма-классом и строится как класс Хирцебруха по гамма-функции Эйлера. Для того, чтобы первую гамма-гипотезу можно было хотя бы сформулировать, необходимо, чтобы выполнялось так называемое свойство О - некоторые ограничения на кратности собственных значений оператора квантового умножения на первый класс Черна, действующего на когомологиях (эти собственные значения также можно понимать как критические значения зеркальной модели Гинзбурга-Ландау). Гипотеза О утверждает, что свойство О выполнено для всех многообразий Фано. Я напомню формулировки свойства О и гамма-гипотезы, и объясню, как свойство О и первая гамма-гипотеза для тотальных когомологий следует из свойства О и первой гамма-гипотезы для чётных когомологий, с помощью аргумента, аналогичного аргументу Хертлинга-Манина-Телемана для полупростоты. Более того, достаточно знать, что свойство О выполнено на сумме (p,p)-циклов для какой-нибудь комплексной структуры. В алгебраической геометрии известна рациональная модель десятимерного пространства модулей “E₈-решетчато поляризованных” K3 поверхностей.
В докладе строится явно некоторое полиномиальное подкольцо с семью образующими (модулярные формы с весами 4, 10, 12, 16, 18, 22 и 24) градуированного кольца модулярных форм на ортогональной группе O(II(2,10)). В конце доклада мы сформулируем гипотезу о типе образующих всего кольца.

V. A. Gritsenko (HSE/ USTL/IUF). Orthogonal modular forms for tower of lattices 0< D₁ < D₂<… <D₇ < D₈ < E₈.

В докладе Василия Болбачана получены первые образующие градуированного кольца модулярных форм для унимодулярной решетки E₈ по модулю теоремы о рациональности соответствующего модулярного многообразия. Используя рефлективные модулярные формы для башни решеток D₁—D₈, мы докажем, что существуют единственные модулярные формы весов 4, 6 и 8 относительно E₈. Мы полагаем, что этот метод дает алгоритм построения (всех?) образующих колец модулярных форм для решеток башни D₁—D₈. Эта важная проблема, общая для алгебраической геометрии, теории инвариантов и теории автоморфных форм, уже обсуждалась на нашем семинаре в докладах Э. Б. Винберга (13.10.2015) и О.В. Шварцмана (10.11.2015).

A. N. Kirillov (University of Kyoto). Universal Dunkl operators: Algebra, Combinatorics, Graph Theory, Integrable Systems and LDT

I introduce certain noncommutative (inhomogeneous) quadratic algebra together with distinguished set of elements, called the (additive) Dunkl elements. The basic property of Dunkl elements is that they generate a commutative subalgebra inside of the noncommutative quadratic algebra we have introduced.

The main objective of our research concerning the quadratic algebra under consideration is to identify the commutative subalgebra generated by (additive) Dunkl elements with some well-known commutative algebras, such as Classical and Quantum Cohomology of certain varieties, algebras generated by integrals of motion of certain Integrable Systems, algebras associated with hyperplane arrangements, algebras associated with Low Dimensional Topology (LDT), and some others.

Основное внимание будет уделено вклеиваемым слоям над бесконечностью, их свойствам и тому, какую информацию об исходном многообразии Фано они несут.

A. A. Roslyi (ITEPh, HSE). Localization in equivariant cohomology: last century.

Эквивариантные когомологии родились для изучения когомологий фактор-пространств, а пригодились (в матфизике) как инструмент вычисления некоторых интегралов "по вычетам". Это произошло под влиянием теоремы Дюйстермаата-Хекмана, которая лучше всего понимается в контексте эквивариантных когомологий. Я постараюсь объяснить это следуя Атье и Ботту, которые дали общую формулу локализации: интеграл от эквивариантно-замкнутых форм выражен через сумму/интеграл по неподвижным точкам действия группы Ли. Новый импульс развитию таких методов придал Виттен. Для физиков формула локализации выглядит как утверждение о том, что в определенных случаях, когда в задаче имеется удобная симметрия, квазиклассическое приближение оказывается точным. Это подталкивает к применению рассуждений с эквивариантной локализацией в бесконечномерном случае, то есть в теории поля. Виттен предложил как сделать это удобнее, и при этом придумал новую версию локализации, которая интересна и в конечномерном варианте. Я попытаюсь объяснить смысл теоретико-полевых рассуждений, а также доказательство конечномерной формулы локализации Виттена, которое дали Джеффри и Кирван в 1993 г. Если это получится, будет ясно с чем, в плане "вычисления интегралов по вычетам", матфизика пришла к концу прошлого века. В наступившем веке последовало несколько важных применений формул локализации в теории поля, а также, как всегда, инфляционное развитие популярности этой темы, но об этом я уже не смогу рассказать.

V. P. Spiridonov (JINR and HSE). From multiple Barnes gamma-functions to elliptic hypergeometry.

Обычные гипергеометрические функции, их q-аналоги и эллиптические обобщения соответствуют первым трем членам иерархии многократных дзета и гамма-функций Барнса. Я кратко опишу как устроены эллиптические гамма-функции в терминах функций Барнса и ряд их свойств. Основное внимание будет уделено эллиптическим гипергеометрическим интегралам и "эллиптическому преобразованию Фурье" с указанием их приложений в квантовой теории поля.

Мы рассмотрим примеры эффективных вычислений и построений в зеркальной симметрии для многообразий Фано. Модель Ландау — Гинзбурга для многообразия Фано будет представлена просто многочленом Лорана (то есть функцией на комплексном торе), называемым торической моделью Ландау— Гинзбурга. Мы рассмотрим различные способы построения таких моделей и их свойства. В частности, мы обсудим единственность компактифицированных моделей Ландау — Гинзбурга в случае трехмерных многообразий Фано. Также мы обсудим компактификации моделей Ландау--Гинзбурга и их слои над бесконечностью. Наконец, мы обсудим числа Ходжа моделей Ландау--Гинзбурга и зеркальную симметрию для них.

I. Yakovlev (HSE). Homological mirror symmetry and enumeration of curves 2/2.

Симплектическое многообразие определяет триангулированную категорию, натянутую на лагранжевы подмногообразия. Концевич предложил рассматривать эту категорию с точностью до производной эквивалентности. Производная категория Фукая содержит большое количество геометрической информации, но вычислить ее все равно очень трудно. Недавно Ганатра доказал следующий результат: каждая гладкая подкатегория категории Фукая порождает ее (при соблюдение некоторого дополнительного технического условия). Это позволяет объяснить связь гомологической зеркальной симметрии с исчислительной и описать категорию во многих случаях. В частности, теорема Шеридана утверждает гомологическую зеркальную симметрию для Фано и Калаби-Яу гиперповерхностей и проективных пространств.

В докладе я хочу рассказать о том, в какой общности определена категория Фукая, и дать настоящее определение. После этого я хочу рассказать о теореме Ганатры и об ее следствиях.

I. Yakovlev (HSE). Homological mirror symmetry and enumeration of curves 1/2.

В теории струн было предсказано число кривых на трехмерной квинтике X (Candelas, de la Ossa, Green, Parkes, 1991). Инварианты Громова-Виттена X совпадают с периодами голоморфных форм на комплексном многообразии Y – «зеркале» X. Равенство производящих функций для периодов и инвариантов Громова-Виттена физики назвали зеркальной симметрией. Позднее Концевич ввел понятие гомологической зеркальной симметрии: равенство производной категории Фукая симплектического многообразия X и производной категории когерентных пучков комплексного «зеркала» Y. Это сложное утверждение, на первый взгляд не связанное с подсчетом кривых. Гипотеза о квинтике 1991 г. была строго обоснована Гивенталем через пять лет. Еще через двадцать лет этот результат передоказал Шеридан. В своей диссертации он продемонстрировал гомологическую зеркальную симметрию для квинтики и, в соавторстве с Ганатрой и Перутцом, вывел зеркальную симметрию из гомологической версии.
Я постараюсь рассказать теорему Шеридана, по дороге разрекламировав зеркальную симметрию, категорию Фукая и все, что с этим связано.

V. A. Gritsenko (HSE/ Laboratoire Painleve, Lille / IUF). What are exact formulae?

Известно большое число точных формул для тeта-функций: Эйлер, Гаусс, Якоби, Риман, …, книга Мамфорда “Tata lectures on Theta”. В докладе мы рассмотрим этот сюжет теории эллиптических функций с точки зрения модулярных форм Якоби. Такая интерпретация вводит в оборот новые объекты. Мы обсудим:
1) новые тождества между бесконечными произведениями и суммами, в частности, обобщения формулы Якоби о представлении восемью квадратами (1829);
2) обобщения тета-соотношений Римана;
3) явные тета-выражения для образующих целочисленного биградуированного кольца слабых форм Якоби всех целых весов.
Последнее кольцо, имеющее 14 образующих, является естественным “целевым” кольцом в теории эллиптических когомологий (см. известную статью Totaro, arXiv:math/0003240), обобщенных эллиптических родов (Gritsenko, arXiv:math/9906191) и появляется в теории струн. Мы опишем целочисленное кручение этого кольца и предлагаем вам дать его топологическую интерпретацию. Для понимания доклада достаточно знать определение нечетной тета-функции Якоби и (желательно) ℘-функции Вейерштрасса. Полученные результаты — первый шаг в решении аналогичных проблем в случае многих абелевых переменных.

V. P. Spiridonov (HSE / LTPh JINR, Dubna). Superconformal indices in 2- and 4-dimensional field theory and elliptic genus.

Термин суперконформный индекс был введен около 2005 г., когда выяснилось, что в четырехмерных суперсимметричных теориях поля существует объект, обобщающий индекс Виттена, который можно точно вычислить. Для двумерных суперконформных теорий ранее вводился аналогичный объект, называемый эллиптическим родом. С наивной аналитической точки зрения структура соответствующих функций сильно отличается (в d=2 это формы Якоби, а в d=4 это эллиптические гипергеометрические интегралы). Однако, полученные недавно интегральное представления для эллиптического рода показывают, что они являются специальными случаями упомянутых эллиптических гипергеометрических интегралов. В докладе будет представлен качественный обзор соответствующих результатов.

A. Prihodko (HSE). Witten genus via deformation quantization 1/2.

По любой эллиптической кривой над C можно построить эллиптическую комплексно-ориентированную обобщённую теорию когомологий. С любой такой теорией стандартной процедуой связан C-значный род Хирцебруха. Род Виттена - это в некотором смысле универсальный эллиптический род. Он был определён (используя физические аргументы) в статье "E. Witten, Elliptic genera and quantum field theory" как суперконформный индекс в некоторой двумерной теории поля. В статье "A geometric construction of the Witten genus II" в качестве приложение развитого им подхода к теориям поля Кэвин Костелло приводит строгое математическое обоснование определения Виттена. Нужная теория поля для многообразия X получается деформационным кантованием классической теории построенной по (производному) пространству отображений из эллиптической кривой в T^* X. В своём докладе я расскажу этот подход Костелло.

S. Galkin (HSE). Mirror symmetry and automorphic forms for some hyperkahler manifolds.

Я расскажу про зеркальную симметрию между некоторыми гиперкелеровыми многообразиями. В частности, про случай многообразий Бовилля-Донаги прямых на 4-мерной кубике. Вычисленные инварианты типа А являются модулярными формами для классических конгруэнц-подгрупп. Это наводит на мысль, что зеркально-двойственные однопараметрические семейства гиперкелеровых многообразий изогенны степеням эллиптической кривой.

Artem Kalmykov (HSE). Mirror symmetry for abelian varieties.

Теорема Гивенталя связывает две формальные функции: J-функцию, считающую рациональные кривые на многообразии, и I-функцию, строящуюся по вееру торического многообразия и (потенциально) описывающую зеркальное семейство. К сожалению, она работает только для полных пересечений в торических многообразиях, однако благодаря недавним результатам Ciocan-Fontanine--Kim--Sabbah ее можно обобщить до чуть более широкого класса многообразий. Например, с помощью их конструкции можно получить (нетривиальную) J-функцию для некоторых абелевых многообразий. В докладе я планирую рассказать, как по этой функции получаются модулярные формы, по которым строится семейство абелевых многообразий, и почему это семейство можно назвать зеркальным.

1) A. Ilyukhin. Discriminantal hypersurfaces in singularity theory.

При изучении особенностей голоморфных функций естественно возникают версальные деформации (специальные семейства функций) и их дискриминантные гиперповерхности. Хорошо известно, что для простых особенностей (ABCDEF) эти гиперповерхности объемлемо биголоморфны дискриминантам групп Вейля одноимённых систем корней. Для следующих по сложности особенностей — унимодальных — должно быть нечто похожее с участием гиперболических групп отражений. Планируется рассмотреть разрешения некоторых локусов дискриминантных гиперповерхностей, вскрывающие любопытные (для простых особенностей) и очень интересные (для унимодальных) симметрии между классами особенностей. (В случае простых особенностей эти симметрии объясняются симметриям систем корней.) Никаких предварительных знаний не предполагается, необходимые сведения из теории особенностей будут сообщены слушателям.

2) Valery Gritsenko (Université de Lille, Departement de Mathématique; HSE). Reflective modular forms and Arnold exceptional singularities.

Будут построены автоморфные дискриминанты девяти исключительных особенностей Арнольда. Для трех особенностей эти функции были построены в препринте Гриценко и Никулина Lorentzian Kac-Moody algebras with Weyl groups of 2-reflections ( arXiv:1602.08359, 75 стр.) как формулы знаменателя Лоренцевых алгебр Каца-Муди гиперболических рангов 7, 8 и 9. В докладе мы докажем новую теорему, которая дает дискриминанты по-крайней мере девяти исключительных особенностей из четырнадцати.

Valery Gritsenko (Université de Lille, Departement de Mathématique; HSE). The structure of the graded ring of weak Jacobi forms and “elliptization” of Hodge polynomials of algebraic varieties.

Формы Якоби индекса 1 для приводимой системы корней 2A_1=A_1+A_1 ранга 2 уже появлялись на нашем семинаре в докладе Дениса Терешкина в связи с эллиптизацией полинома Ходжа поверхности К3. Формам Якоби типа A_n был посвящен предыдущий доклад Димы Адлера. Биградуированное кольцо слабых форм Якоби типа 2A_1 от двух абелевых переменных устроено много проще, чем в случае неприводимых систем корней А_n. Однако простейшая приводимая система корней достаточно интересна с автоморфной точки зрения, т.к. она позволяет по другому доказывать классические формулы из теории абелевых функций (например, формулу сложения для функции Вейерштрасса). Основной результат доклада — описание структуры градуированного кольца J_{0,*}(Z) слабых симметричных форм Якоби типа 2A_1 веса 0 с целыми коэффициентами. Гипотетически, в этом кольце будут лежать возможные эллиптизации многочленов Ходжа некоторых комплексных многообразий. Напомним, что для y-рода Хирцебруха многообразий с тривиальным первым классом Черна эллиптический род является обычной слабой формой Якоби веса 0 типа Загира-Эйхлера (тип A_1).

Dmitry Adler (HSE). Jacobi forms and root systems.

Как известно, для каждой решётки с определённым на ней скалярным произведением можно определить понятие форм Якоби. В 1992 году К. Виртмюллер показал, что для решёток, построенных по классическим системам корней (кроме $E_8$), соответствующее пространство форм Якоби является свободной алгеброй над кольцом модулярных форм. Однако доказательство К. Виртмюллера весьма громоздкое и, вероятно, может содержать некоторые пробелы. В своём докладе я докажу теорему в случае систем корней $A_n$, используя метод автоморфной коррекции.
