С докладом «Nori motives over function fields and period functions»  выступит Javier Fresan  (Centre de Mathématiques Laurent Schwartz, École polytechnique).

Around twenty years ago, Nori introduced a tannakian category of mixed  motives over a subfield of the complex numbers. After recalling the  basics of the theory, I will explain how to extend it to function  fields. The resulting motivic Galois group governs all algebraic relations between period functions. The talk will be based on joint work with Peter Jossen.
